OPEN SUPPLEMENTAL TRAINING

  • 6 weeks in Fall 

  • 6 weeks in Spring 

    • 1 Day a week training session geared towards technical development.

    • In each session each player will get a variety of touches on the ball to increase their technical ability.

    • We will work on dribbling, passing, and shooting

    • This training is for all players 10-15 whether they are on a select team or not

  • Primary Focus

    • Player Development

    • Increase technical ability

    • Small Sided games (1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4)
